Enid Public Library Hosts Annual Enid Author Fest on April 18th
March 17, 2026
The Enid Public Library will host its annual Enid Author Fest on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the library, located at 120 W. Maine St., Enid, OK 73701. The event is free and open to the public and offers attendees an opportunity to meet and interact with local authors from across Oklahoma.
The Enid Author Fest celebrates the region's literary talent, offering a chance to explore a variety of genres, engage with local authors, and take home autographed books. It provides an opportunity for the public to support Oklahoma’s literary community and learn more about the authors contributing to the region's rich storytelling tradition.
"Enid Author Fest is a celebration of the power of stories, and the authors who share their stories with us,” said Library Director Theri Ray. “It is a wonderful time to celebrate and support authors, reading, stories, and community."
Throughout the event, authors will be on the first-floor lobby signing and selling their books. There will be readings held for children, young adults, and adults. Attendees will also receive a free book bag while supplies last and will have the chance to win door prizes.
The event features a wide array of genres, including mystery, historical fiction, fantasy, youth adventure, youth horror, and more. A complete list of participating authors will be available on the library’s website at enid.okpls.org.
